Not every market is similar. We use our intimate understanding and real-time knowledge of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area to keep our clients’ buildings at the highest occupancy levels. Through our expansive view of each project, we maintain an ideal balance between the investor’s objectives and the occupant’s needs. Our detailed lease administration assures that lease vernacular is consistent with negotiated terms, and subsequently, such terms are definitively enforced in a prompt manner.

We oversee the leasing of a nearly four-million-square-foot portfolio and a currently marketed development pipeline of more than 1.5 million square feet. Our operating portfolio is consistently in excess of 93 percent leased. Our negotiated leases include companies and agencies of all sizes and values from the General Services Administration to Fortune 100 Companies to smaller “mom & pop” retail and service businesses.
