MARNI CHAPMAN
Director of Human Resources
Marni is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, benefits and compensation, employee relations, wellness and training. Marni has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in training and development, employee relations, recruiting and hiring, and general human resource practices. Prior to Willco, Marni was the Human Resources Manager at JBG SMITH. Her previous real estate experience began at Vornado/Charles E. Smith as a Human Resources Manager. Marni has her PHR and SHRM-CP and has been an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management since 2006.
